Month Three - Open Schooling Recap
Before anything, I should clarify that I have travelled around 20 days this trip — some with my mom, some with my dad. Both trips were very nice, thank you mom and dad.
Friends and Mental Health
Mental health is good. Didn’t go to dance this month, due to a whole lot of travel, but I did have messaging with my friends from school around every other day and the occasional call. So that’s good!
Coursework
Current Status of NIOS
Enrolment still waiting for approval. I’m in NIOS, but now just waiting to affiliate to a school. They’ve given me their syllabus so I’ve done around 1.5 (2.5 if you count the introductory chapter which WILL be on the test though) chapters of Science.
Maths
I did a little maths before we left and added a little bit after, and I have almost finished the fifth chapter, which is good.
App Dev
This is the part which is going really good. I have done a little work on DA2 and shipped a new project — Keeper. It’s an all-in-one trip manager where you can get a travel itinerary for the whole trip based on your data, and it’s also just honestly a good place to see your flights, bookings, and statuses all in one place.

Physical Activity
I did not attend any dance classes. Now before you get mad:
“Oh my God, I made a resolution to work out daily because this guy also works out daily, and now he betrayed me!!!”
I had a lot of physical activity on the trip. My daily average on the trip was around 7,000 steps per day.
Overall Verdict
Didn’t do much but was really fun, and at least got some stuff done too!
Overall score: 8/10.
The quote of the month, one my dad told me on the trip:
“A jack of all trades is a master of none, although often better than a master of one.”
